Take advantage of our free delivery service. Once your order is received and checked by us, the product will be packed and handed over to the delivery company. After the shipment you will receive an email with your order details. Please note that a P.O. Box delivery is not possible. How do I make a return or exchange?
Orders of ROTAUF garments are delivered in a resealable carton - a return label is included. Please write your return address on it, stick it on the box and send it back by mail free of charge.
How much time can I spend to check out the products?
You have up to 14 days. During this period exchanges and returns are POSTAGE FREE. Please note: The returned goods must be in perfect condition. A perfect condition implies also that the tags are still properly attached to the products. For further information about returns and exchanges, please refer to our GTC.
For a return, how and when do I get my money back?
After we have received and checked the goods we will refund the amount within 15 days in the same way as received. Orders on bill can be paid after the two-week try-at-home period and final decision to purchase.
