How long does it take until the item is delivered?
Depending on destination, the following delivery times apply:

2-3 days for AT, DE, BE, SK, CZ
3-4 days for IT, LU, NL, RO
4-5 days for GB, DK, FR, BE, IE, PL, ES
5-6 days for EE, FI, LV, LT, PT, SE

How do I make a return or exchange?
To benefit from our free exchange and return service please send an email to info@rotauf.ch with the following information:
- Subject: return or exchange of goods
- Your name
- Your preferred pick-up address and pick-up time
- Your phone number (the deliveryman may contact you)
- For exchange: desired product for exchange (ex. different size, ...)
We will inform you of the earliest pick-up date accordingly.


How much time do I have to check out the products?
You have up to 14 days. During this period exchanges and returns are POSTAGE FREE.

Please note: The returned goods must be in perfect condition. A perfect condition implies also that the tags are still properly attached to the products. The return of HLT5-holster and MRK5 Reload Cartridge is possible only when the seal is still intact.
For further information about returns and exchanges, please refer to our GTC.

For a return, how and when do I get my money back?
After we have received and checked the goods we will refund the amount within 15 days in the same way as received.
