After dispatch you will receive an email with your order details. Please note that a PO Box delivery is not applicable – however you can get your product delivered to a different address (e.g. at work). Check and try the products you ordered quietly at home. You have two weeks before your final decision to buy.
If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we will take it back and refund 100% of the purchased price. Returns are, of course, POSTAGE FREE.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Orders of ROTAUF garments are delivered in a re-sealable carton box - a return label is included. Please write your return address on it, glue it to the carton box and return it free of charge by the Swiss post.
How much time do I have to check out the products?
You have up to 14 days. During this period exchanges and returns are POSTAGE FREE. Please note: The returned goods must be in perfect condition. A perfect condition implies also that the tags are still properly attached to the products. For further information about returns and exchanges, please refer to our GTC.
For a return, how and when do I get my money back?
After we have received and checked the goods we will refund the amount within 15 days in the same way as received. Orders on bill can be paid after the two-week try-at-home period and final decision to purchase.
