Export Shipment

As soon as your order has gone through and has been checked by us, the product is packed and handed over to the delivery company. After dispatch you will receive an email with your order details. Attention, your country's customs may charge additional customs and VAT fees directly to you. For more information, please contact your customs office. Please note that a PO Box delivery is not applicable – however you can get your product delivered to a different address (e.g. at work). Simply click the “delivery to a different address” option when entering your account details.

Check and try the products you ordered quietly at home. You have two weeks before your final decision to buy.

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we will take it back and refund 100% of the purchased price. Please note on the return shipment that it is "returned goods of Swiss origin". The return postage fees to be paid by the customer.

Please NOTE, that should the product have been damaged in any way or show evidence of having been used, we won’t be able to take it back. The same would apply to the product not being returned in full.

How much time do I have to check out the products?

You have up to 14 days. Please note: The returned goods must be in perfect condition. A perfect condition implies also that the tags are still properly attached to the products. The return of HLT5-holster and MRK5 Reload Cartridge is possible only when the seal is still intact.

For a return, how and when do I get my money back?

After we have received and checked the goods we will refund the amount within 15 days in the same way as received..
