Do you love functional and sustainable fashion? Then you've come to the right place! At ROTAUF, we develop outdoor clothing that's not only stylish and functional, but also produced with maximum ecological and social responsibility in Europe and Switzerland. We're now looking for reinforcements in Product Development & Purchasing – come join the team!
Your tasks
- Development and optimization of our sustainable clothing collection from the idea to production readiness
- Selection of materials and components taking into account ecological and functional criteria
- Collaboration with suppliers, producers and internal team members
- Purchasing and ordering including price negotiations
- Quality assurance and production monitoring
- Market and trend analyses for the further development of our product range
This is what you bring with you
- Experience in product development and/or purchasing, ideally in the outdoor sector
- Confident use of Excel, ERP system experience, InDesign is an advantage
- Passion for functional clothing and outdoor sports
- Technical understanding of materials and manufacturing processes
- Negotiating skills and experience in dealing with suppliers
- Structured and independent working style
- Team spirit, creativity and innovation
- Good knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage

We are now looking for motivated support for our trade fair appearances – be there and represent ROTAUF directly on site!
Your tasks
- Supporting our team at national and regional trade fairs, pop-ups and events
- Construction and support of the exhibition stand
- Advice and sales of our sustainable products
- Exchange with customers and interested parties – you become the voice of ROTAUF locally
- Support with logistics related to our trade fair activities
