Carefully peel the fabric off the backing paper, avoiding touching the adhesive surface.

Apply the exposed adhesive to the garment and carefully peel off the backing paper, pressing the patch firmly onto your garment.

Rub the patch firmly in place, preferably against a hard surface, for at least one minute. You can use a blunt object such as a spoon to help. Pay particular attention to the edges while rubbing.
